How Ordering & Shipping Works

We help wholesale buyers across Africa source products from China. Browse our catalog and send us the product links, specifications and quantities you need. If an item is not listed, send us a product link or photo reference through our contact page or WhatsApp.

Product prices

Product prices are quoted on an EXW basis and do not include shipping. Availability, specifications, minimum order quantity and final price are confirmed before an order is accepted. The named EXW pickup location will be stated in the final proforma invoice.

Consolidated cargo through your freight forwarder

Most buyers nominate a freight forwarder and provide its warehouse address in China, often in Guangzhou. After you confirm your products and quantities, we quote the domestic delivery cost to that warehouse separately from the EXW product price. Your freight forwarder manages the international shipment, contacts you when the goods reach its warehouse in your country, and collects the international freight charge directly from you when you pick up the goods. International freight is not included in our product price or the amount you pay us.

International express delivery

If you prefer express delivery, first confirm the products, specifications, quantities and destination. We then calculate the international express shipping cost and provide it for your approval before you confirm the order.

What to send us

Please provide the product link or photo reference, required specifications, quantity, destination country, and your preferred delivery method. For consolidated cargo, also provide your freight forwarder’s China warehouse address, recipient details and any receiving marks or requirements.
